Certain biographical information about each of the directors and executive officers is set forth below.

Tor Olav Trøim
has served as Chairman and a director of the Company since January 2008. Mr. Trøim graduated as MSc. Naval Architect from the University of Trondheim, Norway in 1985. His careers include Equity Portfolio Manager with Storebrand ASA (1987-1990) and Chief Executive Officer for the Norwegian Oil Company DNO AS (1992-1995). Mr. Trøim served as a director of Seatankers Management from 1995 until June 2009. He has also acted as Chief Executive Officer for Knightsbridge Tankers Limited, a Bermuda company listed on the Nasdaq Global Market, until September 2007, Ship Finance International Limited ("Ship Finance"), a Bermuda company listed on the New York and Oslo Stock Exchanges until January 2009 and Golar LNG Limited ("Golar"), a Bermuda company listed on the Nasdaq Global Market and the Oslo Stock Exchange until October 2009. Mr. Trøim is currently a director and Vice-President of Golden Ocean Group Limited ("Golden Ocean"), a Bermuda company listed on both the Oslo and Singapore Stock Exchanges and Seadrill Limited ("Seadrill"), a Bermuda company listed on the New York and Oslo Stock Exchanges. He is also a director of Archer Limited ("Archer"), a Bermuda company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. In addition, Mr. Trøim is a director of Aktiv Kapital ASA and Marine Harvest ASA, both of which are listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. He was Vice-President and a director of Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline") from November 1997 to February, 2008 and now serves as a consultant to the Board of Directors of Frontline.

Kate Blankenship
has been Vice-Chairman and a director of the Company since January 2008. Mrs. Blankenship is also a director of Frontline, Golar, Ship Finance, Golden Ocean, Seadrill and Archer. Mrs. Blankenship is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Kathrine Fredriksen
has served as a director of the Company since May, 2009. Ms. Fredriksen graduated from Wang Handels Gymnas in Norway and studied at the European Business School in London. She is employed by Frontline Corporate Services Ltd. Ms. Fredriksen also serves as a director of Seadrill and Golar. Ms. Fredriksen is the daughter of Mr. John Fredriksen, the Chairman and CEO of Frontline Ltd.

Inger M. Klemp
has been a director of the Company since May 2008. Mrs. Klemp has served as Chief Financial Officer of Frontline Management AS since June 1, 2006. Mrs. Klemp has served as Vice-President Finance from August 2001 until she was promoted in May 2006. Mrs. Klemp graduated as MSc. in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) in 1986. Mrs. Klemp served as Assistant Director Finance in Color Group ASA from 1998 to 2001 and as Group Financial Manager in Color Line ASA, a Norwegian based cruise operator, from 1992 to 1998. From 1989 to 1992, Mrs. Klemp served as Assistant Vice-President in Nordea Bank Norge ASA handling structuring and syndication of loan facilities in the international banking market. From 1986 to 1989, Mrs. Klemp served as a lending officer of Fokus Bank ASA.
